If you’d wanted to try the Tarte Rainforest Of The Sea Water Foundation when it was initially released last year I think, but couldn’t find your shade range before, if you’re still interested, nine more shade have been added to the lineup including 3 more darker shades. This brings the total to 21 shades.
The 9 new shades from lightest to darkest are porcelain, fair light sand, fair beige, light honey, light medium sand, medium sand, deep sand, rich sand and mahogany. Mahogany even looks like it may be dark enough for me (but if you look on Sephora, the darker shades are a little deceiving).
About this Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Water Foundation;

Deliver the ultimate in hydration-boosting coverage with tarte’s 12-hour water foundation. The concentrated, full-coverage fluid formula features 20 percent water to quench dry skin as it covers and masks any redness, dark spots, and uneven skintone while softening the look of pores and fine lines. The custom dropper applicator delivers the perfect level of moisture-rich coverage in an array of shades to match any skintone. Powered by tarte’s antioxidant-packed Rainforest of the Sea complex and non-chemical SPF 15 sunscreen, the hypoallergenic formula helps restore, brighten, and defend skin from free radical damage and early signs of aging for a smooth, soft, radiant complexion.
Will you be getting this foundation after it appears that other shades have now been remembered? Personally, if my shade isn’t in the initial launch, I’m not revisiting the product when more shades are added but then again most never add additional shades (at least not darker ones) so I’m a bit conflicted with this.
