New Releases – 5 New SheaMoisture Product Lines For 2016!

new sheamoisture product lines 2016It wouldn’t be a new year without new SheaMoisture product lines and although these products were actually released at the end of last year, they really haven’t been that visible unless you happened to run across them in particular stores.

These new SheaMoisture products are grouped under 5 new products lines. It’s like Christmas a month after Christmas. Although I do have my Holy Grail SheaMoisture products, I have my eye on a particular product line which seems to be designed for my hair.

These new Shea Moisture product lines are spread out among a few retailers including Target, CVS, Walgreen’s and Sally Beauty Supply. It looks like there isn’t one specific to ulta but maybe later on in the year. See new SheaMoisture products at ULTA here.

*UPDATE*

Thanks to a comment I received, it appears that Target also has another new line – the SheaMoisture Peace Rose Oil Complex line which has a lot more products than the above which cover hair, skin and body. The hair care part of this line seems to be designed for dry brittle hair.

10% of SheaMoisture Community Commerce sales from this line go to support empowerment in three key areas – Entrepreneurship, Education and Equity. Find out more about this line here.

It also looks like they have a Sea Kelp & Protein Line as well as additions to their current product lines. Basically just go to Target and see if there are any new SheaMoisture product lines or additions to product lines because no-one can keep up with Shea Moisture 🙂

Do you see anything you want to try out from these new SheaMoisture product lines? Have you seen any of them at your local Target, Walgreen’s, CVS and Sally Beauty Supply store?

I forgot there are also new Ulta exclusive products. I agree I wish they would do more to promote them, and give us ingredients. I am probably returning the High Porosity gel because it has glycerin.

    • Lydia says:

Did you see these in ulta stores? There’s nothing new online although I’m sure they will have an exclusive line since they usually do.

  2. Deb says:

The Protein free line has panthenol…it acts like a protein in some protein sensitive heads including mine. I’m bummed Shea Moisture didn’t do more research on the ingredient and slapped a protein free label on the product. I wouldn’t care otherwise but it’s aimed towards protein sensitive heads and they got my hopes up.

    • Lydia says:

That sucks. I have protein sensitive hair and tried the conditioner from this line and it is probably the best moisturizing conditioner I’ve ever used.

I guess this panthenol is like coconut oil for me. Though it’s not a protein it acts just like a protein on my hair. But it works great for other people even those with protein sensitive hair.

The one thats available at ULTA was only in store, but might be on online now; I saw it a couple weeks ago. Its called 3,6,9 Omega sichi something oil. I guess its a clarifying line. I tried to look for it online too and found a video, but not much else. I would think they would promote all of these lines since theres so many coming out at once!

    • Lydia says:

The Sacha Inchi line is now available online plus some other new products. I saw them a few days ago and added a new separate post on new SM products at ULTA. Yes, I wish there was more promotion from SM instead of people just stumbling upon the new products which have been so many lately.
